One of the joys of Off-Paper Parties is when brothers who have spent time in prison get to ‘roast’ one of our ‘Guests of Honor.’ As you can see here, Joe Mazzio, from Mt. Clemens, Michigan, approves of the words of Mark Armstrong, from Holland, Michigan, who knew some things about Joe we all enjoyed learning.
